little witch is distributed through the App Store, so your use of it is already covered by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These are additional terms specific to this app — they don't replace Apple's agreement, they cover the parts of running little witch that Apple's standard terms don't. If anything here conflicts with Apple's agreement, Apple's terms control. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

Subscriptions

Premium features are offered through an auto-renewing subscription, billed and managed entirely by Apple or Google through your App Store or Play Store account — we never see or handle your payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal, in your device's subscription settings. Pricing, free trials, and cancellation are governed by Apple's or Google's own terms for subscriptions.

Accounts and cloud backup

Creating an account (to back up your readings across devices) is optional and free on its own; actually syncing data is part of the subscription. You're responsible for keeping access to your account — if you sign in with an email code, that means keeping access to that email address.

Fig's AI features, and fair use

Several features (Fig's Take, Fig's Daily Wisdom, Fig's Read on You, Patterns synthesis, Tarot Birth Card readings) generate text using a third-party AI model. These are meant for reflection and entertainment, not professional advice of any kind — see "Not a substitute for advice" below.

To keep the service sustainable for everyone, we may apply reasonable daily limits to AI-generated content. These limits are set generously enough that normal use should never come close to them; they exist to prevent a single account from using a disproportionate, unintended amount of the service.

Not a substitute for advice

Tarot readings, including anything Fig writes, are offered for entertainment, reflection, and self-exploration. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and little witch is not a mental health app or a substitute for therapy, treatment, or a qualified professional. If you're going through something serious, please talk to someone who can actually help — if you're in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) in the US, or your local emergency number.

Acceptable use

Use little witch the way it's meant to be used. Don't try to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, abuse the AI features to generate content unrelated to tarot readings, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Your content

Your readings, journal entries, custom cards, and anything else you enter are yours. We don't claim ownership over it — see the Privacy Policy for exactly how it's stored and used. The app itself, its design, the Fig character, and its branding belong to little vines studios llc.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

little witch is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, little vines studios llc isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We're a small operation; nothing here happens without a real reason.
