A few things that usually help: what device and OS version you're on, what you were doing when it happened, and whether it happens every time or just once. Screenshots help more than descriptions.

Response time

Real answers from a real person, usually within a couple of days. Not a 24/7 operation, so if it's urgent and account- or billing-related, say so in the subject line.
